You may return your item for a full refund of the jersey cost if you are unhappy with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags still attached. Unfortunately, if you had a custom name printed we cannot accept a return, but we can replace if the jersey is damaged. You must enclose a note with your order number and request otherwise there will be a delay in processing your return.

Unfortunately we cannot refund any item which is damaged or missing tags, or for reasons not due to our error.
Please do not attempt to return a jersey where it is obvious there was considerable wear. If a jersey is returned with body odor, it will be sent back to the customer with no refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your jersey is not a suitable size, it can be exchanged so long as it is in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached and original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an issue with the size of your jersey.
Printed jerseys of real players can be returned. Unfortunately, customised shirts with non-player (personal/family names) cannot be returned.
